With one contact, a Customer Service representative (Brenda) was able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. My Diagnostic Technician (Willie Beale) was punctual, courteous, kind, and professional, and he was able to swiftly diagnose the faults and speed the necessary repairs. Thankfully, my AC was back up and working by midday! I would absolutely suggest this company to others.Monday 6th May 2024

I just bought this house in Loxahatchee, FL and he helped me acquire access to our smart thermostat, which we had no idea about. He got immediately to work, showing me the problems he discovered with our system. He quickly completed the necessary repairs and allowed us to get on with the rest of the day. I was impressed with the care he showed with our home, since he wore shoe covers and left his work areas cleaner than when he came.
