Let me begin with the easy part: GREAT. Ted is reliable & trustworthy. Moonlighters replaced both my HVAC and a water heater. Both were executed with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of skill. Fair pricing and outstanding craftsmanship. I recommend them without hesitation.

Moonlighters were exceptionally responsive on a Sunday when my air conditioner went out on us and the temperature reached 84 degrees in the house. They would have come that day but we felt we could wait until the next day. They were more than willling to come When they came it took him 5 minutes to fix and refused to take any money for the service or service call. They really know how to treat their customers. Many vendors should take lessons from Them on how to treat customers. Thank you so much John for all you do.

The technician gave a heads up when he was on the way and arrived on time. He performed a thorough inspection both inside and outside including checking that the pressure and electrical readings were in expected parameters. He also cleaned the condensate tray and drain. Highly recommended.
