I was looking after a neighbor's condo and there water heater blew. Though only a few doors down had no indea that it had blown until I got a call from another neighbor stating we had water running out of the building. When I went to investigate discovered the cause was the neighbors place I was looking after. The water had been running all day unfortunately the owner's live in Europe so I had the challenge of time difference. I had the water cleaned up and fans put in by my local Handyman Harry with Endless Colors Painting Inc. who suggested I get a water and mold team in. I called about five places. Rob the owner of company was the one that got back with me very quickly. I was trying to get estimates and information out of five companies called he is the only one who showed up and took the time with me to explain options. I believe company is run by Rob and wife Sophie. From the get go until the job finished which was quick, I had a good experience. The crew that works for them are very friendly and professional. Rob was very helpful with the pricing of this project as owners did not have insurance. I would highly recommend Mold and Water Florida company for any restoration project. Very satisfied customer

Mold and Water Florida took care of a leak and the resulting damage at our home. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Rob and his crew was professional, friendly and respectful of our home. It is rare in this day and age to find a company with such excellent customer service. I recommend them highly!

Rob is the best! He came over to clean both my mini split and my regular AC unit, and also repaired some drywall after I had a moldy spot show up on my ceiling from a roof leak. Super knowledgeable, super kind, and honestly, just a great guy. I was definitely wary at first because there are so many crooks in the mold world, but I felt comfortable with Rob right away. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and gave me a really fair quote. You can tell he actually cares and knows his stuff. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone you can actually trust.

If you have an unexpected Mold problem in your home or business these are the guys to call ! Our regular AC guys were scheduled to do a standard duct cleaning - unfortunately when they removed the AC vent covers they discovered Mold, brought it to our attention and left. We contacted Mold & Water Florida and they handled the mold remediation the very next day. The price was reasonable and there were no hidden charges. Rob & his crew were on time, professional and prepared. They brought air scrubbers, disinfectant solutions, tarps, sanitizers etc. They covered all our belongings with plastic B4 starting. When finished You would never know they had been there except that the house smelled wonderful, the vents are spotless and the ducts look brand new !! There is no sign of mold in our AC now. Mold And Water, Florida!!! I absolutely love this company… Their workmen are awesome… Their workmanship is second to none… They are fast and reliable…. They listened to my concerns…. When they walk into our house, they wear foot protection… They use drop cloths and keep everything perfectly clean… They wrapped all of our valuables in plastic… They explained everything that they were going to do and everything they did Was done beautifully… My house actually looks like they never was a problem in the first place!!! If you have a chance to use these Definitely do!!!
