I've been going to Firestone for over four years. The staff is very friendly. I've almost always been happy with the quality of the work. Í say almost because they are not experts in any particular brand of car so there will be times they are 100% sure on a fix. Prices are reasonable vs taking to a dealer. Conveniently located near my office.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They will rob you! I had a flat tire w a nail in it and the man who worked there said they couldn't patch it bc it was too close to the firewall... Might I add that was a brand new tire... they wanted to snake me for $265 for 1 new tire.... I kindly declined and took my flat tire to the gas station filled it up and thank God I made it to a honest tire company and for $20 my tire is good a new! Don't let these people steal your money. Not to mention the men who work there are beyond rude and yelled at me in the parking lot bc I was walking across the parking lot to get to the next plaza, to move out of the way so he could drive a car in the garage from the parking lot! Last time I checked pedestrians have the right of way. Don't waste your time or your money

Just an FYI. Do yoir own due diligence before taking their advice. I went for tires on my X5. Vehicle was purchased new with standard tires and spare. Apparently those were changed by someone. Only needed front 2. The associate assured me there was no issue so long they were on the same axle. Took vehicle on highway and definitely no as steady at 70mph. Ended up buying run flats from tire rack and installing elsewhere. Research online shows NEVER mix like that. Could be major problem. Live and learn expensive lesson
